Well..this is Micah's new thing. He's biting his lower lip..it must feel good to his gums. It's kinda funny looking. Most of the time, it looks like he's grinning or making a duck face, but he's actually just sucking on his lower lip. He's just too funny. This is one of the few seconds that he was actually sitting down..it didn't last for long. He's a little man on the move!
This is one of Micah's Christmas presents from his Nana and PaPa (The Barts). He really loves all of the music, but I think he just likes being able to stand up to play. This toy entertains him the majority of the day. When he's not clinging to this piano, he's clinging to his mommy. He's definitely favoring Mom now and I don't mind it a bit! It's the sweetest thing in the world to me.
Everything continues to go great. Jon finished his exams this week, so we're on cruise for a while. Of course, UPS is wild right now because of Christmas packages, but Jon's surviving (except for the horrible virus he's had this week). We're excited about spending time relaxing as a family. We're thankful that God has carried us through another semester..it's not been the most enjoyable for Jon, so we're hoping for a better semester in the spring. We appreciate all the prayers. I've been praying for contentment during this phase in our lives where we're eagerly awaiting God's plan for our lives but also enjoying this new journey of parenting. It's just such a blessing to have a child!!!
