Waiting
The days are winding down before our little Lydia joins us. I am trying to sit back and patiently await her arrival, but I'm really hoping every day that she'll join us. There's a song that always stirs me to be patient and wait on God..it's pretty repetitive.."Strength will rise as we wait upon the Lord, wait upon the Lord, we wait upon the Lord." So, for today, I'm just thinking about God's sweet plan for our family in HIS perfect timing. I'm thankful that the same God that created the universe created this little being in my womb. I am thankful that as God sustains the earth, he is sustaining me as well. So, why do I need to be impatient..He has it all under His control and I can rest easy knowing that. So..for now...I'm going to sit back, relax and take a nap with a thankful heart!!

Just remember, one week left!
And also remember, we'll watch Micah when you go into labor, for free, if your mama wants to go to the hospital with you.

I needed to read this today, girl! I still have five weeks to go, but the sleeplessness and discomforts are making me give into the temptation to become quite impatient. May His strength sustain us in the days ahead! It won't be long, now...can't wait to see her!
It won't be much longer in any case. Hang in there. We are so excited to hear all about Micah's baby sister!
