Winter

It's a rare thing for us to get a good snow in NC, but we're going on two years in a row of GREAT snow. We had the perfect sledding ice/snow mixture this year. Unfortunately, Micah still doesn't quite now how to enjoy himself like we do. Jon and I had a great time sledding while Micah stayed to himself and dug in the snow. He did enjoy making some snowballs. One of the many blessings about our son is that although he doesn't enjoy playing in the snow, he does enjoy working hard. We gave Micah the task of helping Pops dig snow off the porch and steps and he worked very diligently the entire time his Daddy, Mommy and cousin Sydney played as hard as we could. There's definitely something to be said for hard work...I'm hoping he'll grow up to be a very diligent worker for the Lord and his family! :)
