Happy 6th Anniversary!
April 21st marked 6 years of marriage for Jon and me. Thanks to the help of Mama Gale, we were able to make a day trip to New Bern. The timing couldn't have been better...the gardens at Tryon Palace had some BEAUTIFUL tulips..my favorite flower. We spent a good bit of time in the gardens...it's very strange to walk w/out a diaper bag or kid in my arms! We had a great day. I'm so thankful to be married to a man I love and respect. You think you love someone when you first get married, but that love only grows (if cultivated) sweeter with time and gets better every day!

Hey you two. I just wanted to personally thank you. Not only for your friendship but the example you have set for me and others around you. I watch you two and see how much you love each other. As you blog says...you have fallen more and in love with each other as each day passes by. That is because of God's love and your love for Him. Thank you for showing me what a great marriage looks like, when you love and honor the Lord first. Since the moment I met you, I was impressed with your love for God, for other people, and for each other. You will always be family to me, whether you are near or far. I love you guys and pray that as you head to China your love for each other and for the Lord continue to grow. I can't wait to hear what's going on, on the other side of the world. Love you!
