Well..Jon had quite a rough week. He was working out in the gym on the back hyperextension machine (if you don't know what it is, I don't do the best job of explaining, so I won't). Basically, he thought his feet were hooked under the bar..and they weren't. He ended up doing a face plant on a metal bar. We had to take a trip to the ER and get him stitched up. He only got 9 stitches (I thought he needed more) and has been pretty sore all week long. He did this on Wednesday and still has a massive headached today (Saturday). The doctor said that his modeling days are over..so I guess we'll have to find some other source of income!

Oh no! So sorry to read about Jon's little accident. I definitely know having a headache for a week is no fun so we'll pray that goes away soon. I do like the pictures of Micah though, especially the one of him with his fingers on his face. Looking forward to the birthday picnic :)
